Hive tool – Standard
The Hook Hive tools are supplied with a yellow coating or stainless steel finish.
It has a chisel edge on one end and a crowbar-type curved edge on the other.
Useful for:
- Opening beehive
- Cutting wax comb and honeycomb
- Shifting and lifting of honeybee frames
- Breaking propolis seals
- Getting the lid to open
- Splitting the super from the brood chamber
