Beeswax Extractor for Comb Honey
Beeswax Capping extruder – 50 kg/h
The beeswax extractor is designed to separate honey and wax by compressing the cappings.
The rotating auger shaped shaft squeezes cappings against the perforated cylinder walls and causes the remaining honey to escape through the perforation and drain onto a tray below. Compressed wax is pushed out at the end of the device.

This is a commercial beeswax honeycomb extractor with 50kg per hour processing ability.
Also can be used as a fruit press.
The device is available in three variants of efficiency: up to 50 kg/h. The machine is designed to separate the honey and beeswax cappings in a mechanical way.
This process takes place inside a perforated cylinder where rotating separation-compression module squeezes the honey which enters the holes between the separating shaft and the perforated sheet metal and trickles onto a sieve underneath, while the remaining wax is pushed and compressed by the screw within the extruder and is then extended. As an effect we get a dry wax ready for remelting.98
The entire construction is made of the highest quality stainless steel. The device is equipped with wheels for easy transport. One of the main advantages of the device is the ease of use of the driver and compact dimensions. Additional advantages of the extruder is a 230V power supply, and precise construction of all elements of the machine.
The beeswax extruder may also be used in the food industry as a fruit press.
